Return & Exchange Policy

Sale/ Final Items

Sale Items are final and not eligible for exchange or return. Due to health and safety concerns socks, beanies, hats, and masks are final sale.

Order Processing:
All domestic orders are handled by the United States Postal Service. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and handling.

During high-volume periods, such as right after a release or the holidays, processing times may be delayed to 8-10 business days. However, we always try our best to get items to you in a timely manner.

Please note if your order has a different billing and shipping address, you may be asked to provide your government issued identification for verification purposes.

Tracking via USPS is sent for every order that has shipped. It is the customers responsibility to be aware of when the package is supposed to deliver, Shop Asaali is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Order Cancellation:

Due to the quick nature of our order fufillment, we do not allow cancellations or changes once the order has been placed. We kindly ask that you please be sure of the items in your cart before checking out.

Domestic Exchanges:

Size exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of your package delivery. All tags must be intact, and products must be unworn. If  the item is used the exchange will not be accepted.

Customer responsible for paying return shipping.

No refunds are offered for returns or exchanges.

International:

Please email contact@shopasaali.com to get more info on how to exchange. For international returns we will offer a store credit code for the value of the item returned as long as it is unworn and in original packaging. We do not cover shipping cost and do not allow refunds.
